During every year's Tax Season from January to April 15th.  The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and the City of Boston Tax Help Coalition (BTHC), a nonprofit initiative, are partners that offer community residents free tax preparation services and have been promoting the economic independence of working individuals and families since 2001. Provides free tax preparation services to eligible individuals and families, especially those with low-to-moderate total family incomes earning $70,000 or less.
