How the Program Works
A one to one reimbursable matching grant for Storefront Improvements including signage, lighting, removal of pull- down grates, (a program requirement, with security systems eligible if to replace grates), new doors and windows, exterior brick work, awnings and painting.
- Applicants may be business owners or property owners,
- Building must be within the downtown Main Street District, (Businesses outside district are eligible for storefront improvement funding through the ReStore Program, call us & we’ll help you make that connection)
- Design assistance available from Main Streets
